The OE Apex Manual Coffee Grinder is designed especially for all methods of brewed coffee. The Apex is built around a nested pair of large flat disk burrs, featuring a Deep Cut Triangular Prism Tooth design - also known as a Ghost Tooth Burr - well regarded for their uniform grinding of coffee for brewed methods. The Apex functionality is enhanced with the application of a Planetary Gear Drive system to deliver the optimum speed & power for efficient operation. The small footprint & compact form of the Apex make it desirable for home use, and the heavy duty construction lends itself to light commercial use as well.
