This is a nice little hardwood stand to put your Robot Portafilter with basket in while you prep the coffee in the basket.
We have previously made a basket stand - but it only holds the basket - we may be the only people who use the spouts on the portafilter, and the stand makes basket prep nice & solid...no spills, tips or problems, UNLESS you want to use the stand with your portafilter!!! The bottomless portafilter, without spouts, sits flat on the counter, so the basket prep can be done with the basket in the portafilter, unless you are preheating the portafilter & basket! We had numerous people request this stand to hold the portafilter - and we do try to listen when we get requests!
It has rubber insert in the bottom that the portafilter sits on, made of either American Oak or Walnut - your choice. It works with, or without our accessory portafilter handle cover.
